WaifuVerse is a free-to-play collectible card game available as a Telegram Mini App. Users can:

• Collect anime character cards ("waifus")
• Trade cards with other users
• Fuse cards to create higher-grade variants
• Participate in gacha summons
• Compete on leaderboards

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service, in compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service. By using WaifuVerse, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• Accounts are created automatically when you first use the Service through Telegram
• Your Telegram account serves as your authentication method
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account

4.2 Account Termination

• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting the bot owner
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Terminated accounts may lose all game progress and collected items

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Share or sell your account
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Impersonate other users or entities

6. Virtual Items and Currency

6.1 Nexus Coins

• Nexus Coins are the in-game currency
• Currently, Nexus Coins are earned through gameplay (free-to-play)
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time

6.2 No Real Money Trading

6.3 Future Monetization

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will:

• Use Telegram Stars as the exclusive payment method for digital goods
• Provide clear pricing and refund policies
• Update these Terms accordingly

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

• All character images, names, and anime references are the property of their respective copyright holders
• WaifuVerse is a fan-made game and is not officially affiliated with any anime studios or publishers
• We claim no ownership over the original anime characters or artwork

7.2 User Rights

• You retain no ownership rights over virtual items collected in the game
• All game data and progress are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only
